The BDU Personal Trainer is a professional ideally suited to work with individuals who are either apparently healthy or have been cleared by a physician to engage in exercise.

BDU trainers develop individualized exercise programs and nutrition plans based on client goals, health history information, and fitness assessments. Exercise programming is designed to be safe, and effective, based on clinical evidence as well as valid exercise science databases.

BDU trainers provide their client’s guidance on proper exercise performance, lifestyle behavior modifications, effective nutrition planning and supplementation use according to established regulatory and scientific standards. BDU trainers do not diagnose or treat pre-existing clinical conditions, areas of pain or disease, and will always refer clients with such needs to an appropriate health care professional.
